Patrick Nackley

Founder & Real Estate Attorney

Patrick is an Arizona real estate attorney with close to twenty-five years of practice — focused in real estate, with concurrent executive-level management and in-house corporate counsel experience advising on legal, regulatory, and reputational risk.

His résumé reflects the full arc of a real estate practice: first-chair trial counsel who tried a real estate jury trial to verdict in 2026 and took two additional matters to full jury trial in 2025 as a Partner at Medalist Legal; senior counsel to a private land bank with holdings across fourteen U.S. states and several Canadian provinces (Walton Global Holdings); senior counsel at a Phoenix real estate firm (MacQueen & Gottlieb), where he led a team of three attorneys and two paralegals on CC&R, easement, and title disputes; and eleven years building and running the in-house legal department at a mortgage-servicing company with $50M in annual revenues.

Patrick founded Nackley Law to serve a specific kind of client — property owners, investors, businesses, and associations who need strategic counsel for serious real estate problems, not basic document review. He is a nationally published guest author on issues at the intersection of real estate, business, and risk.

“My clients are typically facing a serious problem — a dispute that could cost them hundreds of thousands of dollars, a contract that's falling apart, or a title issue that threatens an asset they've spent years building. They don't need volume. They need judgment. That's what I provide.”

— Patrick Nackley

Nackley Law is built for property owners, real estate investors, developers, and closely-held businesses — not volume residential work. Typical matters range from $50,000 to $10 million in dispute value or transaction size.
